For those who would like a  not-so-hot  yoga experience Lisa & Gena's Vinyasa Classes are Warm Yoga

 Preparing for class:

All Yoga classes are 90 minutes & are open to new students at any level of fitness

All new students please arrive 15-20 minutes early  

(no late arrivals please, we lock the doors)

Regular students please arrive 10 minutes early     

Bring a large towel, 2 small hand towels, a yoga mat and a large drinking water           

Wear form fitting, comfortable clothes, spandex or shorts (no cotton tees or sweats please)
