 Text Box: What if I'm Not Flexible?     Have No Fear!
This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to a yoga class  Yoga is not how flexible and fit you are,  but how flexible and fit you will become.  The most important aspect of hot yoga is that you do your best  to reach your unique physical goals each time you come.    
 100% effort = 100% benefit at any level of fitness. 
       What about eating & drinking before class?
  Don't eat at least 2 hours before class, you may feel nauseous or tired.   COME TO CLASS HYDRATED!                          After class replace with electrolytes
What should I wear/bring to class?
· Women wear spandex shorts or leggings, a sports bra          or non-cotton tank top  (sweatpants are not advisable)
· Men wear swimsuits or shorts, optional non-cotton shirt 
· Bring a large towel, 2 small hand towels, a yoga mat         and large drinking water     (we sell all of these)                   Bring an extra towel if you want to shower in our outdoor shower facility.
