Hot Yoga Truly is the Fountain     of Youth!
What if I really like (or dislike) a certain instructor

It is not uncommon for students to experience a strong emotional reaction to a particular instructor - sometimes positive, sometimes not. Yet each instructor is fully qualified and has an authentic desire to help every student with their yoga practice. As dedicated students themselves, our instructors teach from their own unique experience; each may have something to offer you that no other instructor can. For those reasons and others our instructors may vary in any given scheduled class.

So, If you come to a class and your regular scheduled teacher is an "imposter" please open your heart, let your reactions settle into a place of joyful learning and positive expectation.
In the yoga classroom, as in life, we occasionally meet people who "rub us the wrong way." In our experience, however, the instructors you react to most strongly are often the ones who have the most to teach you. If you really like a certain instructor embrace that connection and try to be open to whomever is instructing you in any given class. If you can overcome the intense response and maintain your focus and balance in your yoga practice, you will find it easier to handle challenging personalities in your home and work life as well.
See You In Class!
