Student Stories from Hot Yoga At Sunrise

I felt like I should write this because of the miracles I really do believe yoga has brought into my life.
At the beginning of this summer I missed my high school graduation because it was also the day my dad got diagnosed with colon cancer with a month to live. I was really high strung and I cleaned the house and did errands all day so I would fall asleep quickly at night without giving myself too much time to think. The reason I came to yoga almost every day was for this reason - it has become the most positive change in my life of recent and it definitely allowed me to become at peace with a lot of things even aside from recent situations. It's become an outlet for stress even beyond the physical level. Both Bobby & Robin are amazingly uplifting and positive people and there should be more people like them in the world! Thank you for brightening my experience! I found a studio in Boston to practice at; until my return, Yoga on!

I've taken both your classes
and love them. I work night and weekends so I don't make it as much as I would
like to, but I think you have a nice studio. I'm moving to the east coast for
school next month and have been stressed for time which also cuts into my yoga
time. I had an Eleven o'clock class this morning with Ping, I've never had a one-on-one yoga class and it was awesome, Ping was
awesome! I was stretched and pulled and corrected on my form and encouraged.
With all the craziness from planning my move I couldn't have asked for a better
morning. I feel better than I have in weeks.

Love to workout? Love the heat? Want something different other than the gym? Dun dun dun...Hot Yoga here I come! This place is located right in Fair Oaks Village right near the American River. Beautiful scenery filled with beautiful people. Robin and Bobby are awesome and offer different kinds of Yoga styles such and Bikram and Vinyasa. I've taken all the classes with different instructors and they all bring a lot to the table. They also have hot pilates on Sundays for those who want something different, but still want the heat. It's a great addition to your workouts or just alone. Prices are decent and you can't beat the changes you'll see in yourself when trying yoga with them.

If you haven't tried hot yoga, then something is wrong with you. Hot yoga at sunrise is a life changing experience. I've been a hot yogi attendee for almost a year now and it's forever changed my life, body and mind. Bobby and Robin owners/instructors are fabulous and truly care about all their clients and their well being. Did I mention they have a great sense of humor too? I can always count on Bobby to make me laugh! I really miss attending classes daily, since I've been in school I take the sunday classes with Ping. Ping is amazing and integrates Tai-Chi with hot yoga. She is fabulous!

This studio was my second "hot yoga" experience and it definitely surpassed the
first. Bobbie is by far my favorite instructor here - he learns everyone's name,
gives personal feedback and is very encouraging. He isn't all "stuffy" and weird
like most instructors at other studios, he's down to earth, funny and friendly.
Although the studio is a little of the "beaten path" (i.e. completely out of my
way), I love the drive and the ambiance is worth it. The heat is just right,
they provide trash bags for your soaking wet clothes and sell coconut water (I
just discovered - great tasting, great to replace electrolytes and potassium!)
Their class schedule is accommodating for those of us with banker's hours - they
have a class at 5:30 a.m. which is extremely rare in the yoga world... It is a
much smaller studio than I'm used to, but I think it adds to the charm and
provides a better experience for those trying to improve their ability and
practice. The only downside, if it's a busy class, you'll probably have a foot
in your face.
If it wasn't so far away, I'd be there all the time.

We have a real passion for this practice and it’s students like these; watching their improvement, hearing their stories and feeling their gratitude that makes every class a profound experience for all.
Whether it is a race score you want to improve; a life changing ailment you need to address; Or just finding peace in a stressful world; this practice, done regularly, truly is the fountain of youth!
