The Hot 26 (Bikram Style)
The Hot 26 Yoga is a challenging series of 26 postures performed in a heated
room to scientifically warm and stretch ligaments, tendons and muscles. This
allows the body to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the
body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. The temperature is 105F
degrees and about 40% humidity. The room is kept at this temperature for the

- Detoxing the body (open pores to let toxins out)
- Thinning the blood to clear the circulatory system
- Increasing heart rate for better cardiovascular workout

Active Release Yoga
Active Release Yoga uses Rollga Foam Rollers, Massage Balls and Yin poses to bring regeneration to damaged and overused tissue and facia.
By influencing circulation of oxygen-rich blood flow to the facia and muscles – healing occurs. By restoring your facia, you will restore your range of
motion and ignite your mobility. This “Active Release Yoga Class” is designed to prevent and heal injuries while keeping our bodies healthy.
Using our bodies natural pressure points we contract and the release the muscles followed by deep active stretches.

Yin & Restorative Yoga
Yin and Restorative yoga are supported poses and breathing techniques that bring the body and mind to a state of stillness and healing. Using conscious relaxation and props this class helps to access your own inner resources. This practice holds postures for 3-5 minutes; relaxing deeper into them promoting conscious breathing that deepens into an overall sense of well-being. You’ll discover this class supports and accelerates your overall yoga practice in a profound way. The body’s natural state is to be relaxed. It is only through the busyness of our lives that we tend to forget. By learning how to relax and breathe deeply, we possess the keys to health, vitality and inner peace.
Fusion Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa based practice that incorporates many other styles of yoga creating a flowing “fusion” of postures. Benefits include working all the muscle groups increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. These classes focus the awareness on conscience breathing emphasizing core strength to build endurance while finding the balance between effort and surrender. Students learn to be patient, compassionate and present in the unfolding of each moment. This is a perfect way to work deep and strong while balancing and healing all the systems of the body.
Buti® Yoga is a blend of power vinyasa flow with primal movement, cardio-dance, HIIT, plyometrics, and conditioning.
Movements include spiraling the spine along its axis to strengthen deep core muscles and intentional shaking and vibration.
Move dynamically and rhythmically to the beat of the music in this playful, all-level, high intensity yoga class.
Core Power is an invigorating series that works deep into the core of your
practice. Strengthing the Core is highlighted as well as Balance, Strength and
Flexibility. You will love the practice and Bobby will keep you in high spirits
during this amazing total body workout!
